I think you're thinking about the 3.5mm plug... although I don't know what kinda response you're gonna get on this from the original writer of the thread since this thread is over 2 and a half years old... Please check the dates on the threads before bringing them back up unless it is something of real value ;) thanks.

Yea, i got these brand new. All the hardware it came with was the mounting, and the harness which had the black wire, red wire, and a green wire, yes it has a manual, but doesn't show much bout how to work the tv's, which isn't hard.

If you do need a y-splitter though, you can probably pick one up at radio shack.

did you buy these new? do you have all the installation hardware, cables etc? an instruction manual? you may not need the y-cords as you may be able to slave one monitor off the other......

by 01mercLS » Wed Nov 09, 2005 5:50 pm

where would i be able to get this splitter or y-cord so i would be able to get signal to both monitors. Thanks

by smoker » Wed Nov 09, 2005 3:07 pm

yup...you should have a connector that connects at or near the monitor and you will be able to run that down through the headliner and you will need some type of splitter or at least y-cord to get the signal to all monitors. some of them will let you run one monitor as a slave to the other so this would not be neccasary on those units if you have that..
