So do you? Personally, I always take mine off but I usually put it in my middlee console, or if im in a shady area or gonna be gone for awhile, i put it in the glovebox and lock the glovebox.

If I was a girl and had a purse i'd probably take it with me...

I stick mine in my man-bag. lol j/k I have nothing of the sort.

If I'm going to be less than 2 hours somewhere, I usually just leave it on. Otherwise, I get nervous.

take mine in the house at night otherwise I take it off and lock it in the center console....it's insured for more than it's worth so as long as the thief doesn't destroy my dash I won't be too upset if it get's taken (want to upgrade anyway...LMAO)

When I put my car in park the shifter knob goes right up against my HU and my EQ so I don't have to worry about them being stolen. Unless of course someone saws off my shifter.

I always leave mine on, but that only because it didn't come with a case. other wise i'd probably toss it in the trunk when ever im out of the car for mroe then a few minutes.

btw, if your car is anything like mine, mercedes, they could just hit the break pedal and move the shifer.
