your economy sounds nice. doesnt matter who buys it now days in american it can still go to hell.

Canada and U.S. are the closest trading partners to each other so we too are affected when your economy is affected. The only reason why our banks and insurance companies don't also need a bail-out is because restrictions on lending and investing up here are tighter. But you are correct, nothing is risk free.

That's soooo crazy that you bring this up, because me and the boss were having dinner tonight (love Ruby Tuesdays, LOL), and i was reading about this at the bar.

And it was like a slap in the face for tax payers.

Terrible, i swear.

How about the Lehmen Brothers (if i spelled that right). Those guys are scum bags for what they did !!

For the tax payers to bailout the rich (loan or not), it's just wrong plain and simple... The government doesn't have any programs to bail me out... Where's my low to no interest loans or grants?
Gee and everybody wonders why the economy has gone to shit... Let's take tax money away from the average taxpayer that's struggling for everyday needs to help out the big institutions so they can go on vacation... Needless to say this pisses me off.
