Speaker wire...
Speaker wire...
Is there any reason I shouldn't use this in my car?
The only thing I don't know is if its Oxygen free copper or not (if that matters)

Thats got a PVC jacket.
Whens the last time you messed with residential wiring. take a trip to Lowes/Home Depot and peep out the house wiring. Take note how stiff the PVC wire jacket is. Of course the wire is, its solid... But the jacket makes it harder to work with also.
I would avoid and stick to what you know, Knukonceptz.

knukonceptz speaker wire seems almost too soft, the speaker wire I have by them the strands get destroyed to easily be set screws...
i might get this then: http://www.monoprice.com/products/produ ... 1&format=2
tsunami/stinger/knukonceptz just all seem to expensive for what you are getting...

not at all... just kind of curious what everyone's thoughts are.Justin from Detroit wrote:You apparently have convinced yourself you will get the cheaper stuff, so just go ahead. There is a performance difference with the Knu stuff, it is just better wire.
i'd probably go with stinger before I got knukonceptz again.
what really defines better wire? conductivity? what makes you say Knu stuff is better performance than the stuff listed on monoprice?
the stuff on monoprice is OFC and is the same overall gauge...
