There is a virus spreading on AIM currently. It comes from people with the message: "check this out, is that you" do NOT click it.
I haven't been sent anything yet, just a heads up. I hope it isn't true.

just set the option where only the people on your buddy list can contact you. that will prevent unwanted messages from people you dont know.

The only bad thing about that is if someone changes their s/n and tries to contact you lol.

true, but i think they can be smart enough and realize to contact you on the other sn first to tell you ^_^
