Ported enclosure for 2 SDC2.5s

Ok so i think i got all the measurements figured out for 2 12" SDC2.5s, but i've never built a box or calculated one so I'd appreciate any suggestions, confirmations, criticism, pretty much any input

Ideally these are my outside measures:

depth bottom=24.75, depth top=20.25 width=30.5, height=15.5

Inside:

db=23.25, dt=19.5, w=29, h=14

I got 5.022cuft..........port measurements ( for the inside right?):

L=16, W=5.75, H=14 Area=80.352sq in. tuned to 40hz (i assume its 40hz from Audioq's website)

I talked with DJ at Audioque....those numbers don't work.

the Width of the box (30.5") can't fit two 12"s and the port when you subtract the wood thickness......noob mistake

We got it pretty much all figured out though so if anyone needs help with Audioque subs, definitely talk to DJ. He's very very helpful

Audioque makes some really nice subs. I considering a pair of Audioque 10" HD3's so I can run in Street A.

Ive built a few boxes for their subs.

They are very nice looking with good specs. Price seems fair also.

Ya thats what made me give them a second look. The problem i have is that i really have no way to listen to ANY good subs, like incriminator, Fi, DD, AQ, JL cause Albuquerque has almost no pro audio shops. I found one, and i hoping to work there during the summer, but he's pretty JL-biased lol. Nothin wrong with that, we all have a bias for something!

But I've read in many places on many forums that these subs are pretty good! Thanks for the reassurance haha

I think you'll be happy with them.... Main thing is to get the box right, good subs in a bad box will sound like @ss... As they say "it's all in the install."

Ya that seems to be one thing EVERYone can agree on lol. I just hope i don't screw up too bad....I started cutting and it looks ok so far
