i havent moked in sbout 3 months prices got way too high up here last i saw it was 7 for a pouch of top

Your lungs thank you Terry. Congrats on your accomplishment!

I read somewhere as long as your lungs arent damaged extensively that after 5 years of non smoking your lungs will appear as a non smoker. After 2 years of kicking the habit your chances of major issues relating to smoking drop off drastically.

Now if I can get my G/F to stop smoking. All will be well. :)

i will never be one of those high horse soapbox non smokers. i love cigarettes....i just refuse to pay this much for them....and no you can not call me chewie....because i dont chew, i dip...there is a difference....
