Speaker Repair

I read the thread about fixing a subwoofer and was wondering if anyone has a link for information about how to repair a blown speaker. Some of you may remember that I had a 6 1/2 rainbow woofer blow, and Alumapro is saying it will be weeks at least until any replacements come in. Would this be a difficult task?? Thanks.

I did a pretty thorough internet search but found nothing. Anyone know of any good books or links for info on repairing a blown speaker?????
