what ive been doin

havent been on here much lately been real busy. wifes preggo again just found out its a boy!!!
anyways heres some pics of what ive been doin with my free time/work

first couple pics are from while i was fishing had a good season up until the engine blew scored the last 2 kodiak 496s installed one have a spare. gotta rebuild the blown one too. then the old fiberglass reel died so had my cousin bill owner of webber marine build a new aluminum reel with anchor puller pot puller and power roller ended up not making much for the summer but it was fun as usual. weather got horrible 25 ft waves in a 28 ft boat is pretty crazy ended up only being able to fish 5 days in the last month of the season while being stuck way to far from home to run in and hide from the weather so i camped out in little offshoots of the berring river or just beached the boat to get out of the weather.
then i scored a 95 f350 with 60k miles for unbelievably cheap has a crane winch tow package tows the boat just fine crane is nice for moving nets picking up moose etc. its got the 460 in it no mechanical problems ive noticed other than needing a new gasket for the rear diff
built an 18 inch sub using a shocker sig motor but it still hasnt seen power
painted and added insulation to my old van walls and floor then built a bed in it got some cabinets and ordered a stove for it. put in dual starting batteries 200 amp alt in plus the btts in the pic are 6 volt trojans for the house batteries, scored for 45 on clist. gonna add 2 more in a bit once my solar panels get here got 65 watts of solar for it so far adding an additional 200. solar system and house system will be separated from the rest of the electrical but ive got a marine battery selector for charging them when there isnt enough sun gotta build a battery box too but the weather has been pretty bad lately. ive put a box in it with 3 12s alpine 9883 infinity reference speakers nice old planet audio amp for the mids and highs then an rxd1400 for the subs. just used stuff thats been sitting around not being used. need to get pics of all that though
did some major clam digging too but cant seem to find those pics lost count after 1800 clams on the 3rd day.
been trying to find time for caraudio too but ive just been too busy. kinda want to do something with that ford thinking about removing the back seat and doing a wall unless i can find someone with a single cab f350 with a plow to trade it for. might do a wall in my rodeo too but finding a good alt for it in my price range hasnt been working out so well. its a very loud vehicle though with 2 10s on 1250 watts from a memphis amp i was really surprised heres a crappy vid of it while i was in washington http://youtu.be/YcsW8Qlf3Hc
been playing in bands too have done tons of shows in my free time. were supposed to go into the studio sometime this month ill be playing bass and lead guitar. its nice to get paid for having fun. one bar didnt pay us cause we always demand free booze last i remember clearly that night we were over 600 dollars on the tab between the 3 of us and we still had several hours of playing to go drummer passed out on the drums then woke up played perfectly fell off the stage about 9 ft it was fun though
anyways thats what ive been up to.

Damn it man ... you live in that van or what? lol. I was so excited I was going to alaska after my tour to Korea I flew up there for a week before going to Korea. Assignment got cancelled and I haven't made it back sense.

Nah I like to camp allot and I want to make it as comfortable as possible for my wife also when i do shows in places with no rooms i like to stay warm. Had a big RV but sold that. I did live out of one when I was younger

That's cool. I've thought about making my own sort of camper out of an old used Uhaul truck or something. Seems like it would be a fun project.

my cousin goes to MIS every year and completely renovated a school bus into an rv with a full kitchen, running water, dining table, beds etc, its pretty badass

A school buss would be cool. Tons of room, that's for sure. Fullsize livingroom with surround sound ... :)

a box van would be cool. lots of converted buses up here people get them and live in them till they save enough money to build. saw one a few weeks ago that was originally a cbs news van guys were stuck at a rest stop apparently they did a vegetable/waste cooking oil conversion on it and were having preheating problems didnt prepare for the winter i guess some battery problems too. they were driving to washington iirc saw them the next day broken down on the side of the road maybe 10 miles further. that rv i had was nice but i just didnt like how they used the space so i took allot of it out built stuff how i wanted it then ended up selling it. found another even bigger almost bus size one on clist the other day runs drives great but has title problems. so im not sure if itll be worth the hassle of buying it for 600 then how ever much it costs to actually get a clear title but it could be a fun project customizing the interior.

I keep seeing what looks like good deals on cars here, but they all have title issues and I'm even going to go down that road.
