Kenwood KDC-248U need help

So i have the kenwood deck listed with polk dxi650 speakers. I usually listen to music through my phone with an auxiliary cable, the aux cable slowly started to go out on me, but when it finally did it shut off my deck and I thought the speakers blew. I turned my deck on and off and still no response, but after driving a couple minutes it turned back on. Now if I turn up the bass in the audio control or even try listening to a song with bass my deck shuts off. My speakers still handle treble fine, I dont feel like spending money on a diagnosis so any opinion helps!

I would pull the deck out and check all the wires, something sounds loose.
