wiring help

alright guys i'm gunna try out a couple of kicker L512's tommorow. I'm buyin the box and the subs and i need to use the audiobahn amp i have right now to run them for a little bit unfortunlately. The audiobahn amp is the A8000T model and its power rating is 1x800wrms@2ohms. The L5's can be run at either 2 or 4 ohms. I want to run the subs at two ohms as well as the amp. How do i wire these subs? They are DVC btw. The reason i'm asking is because i get confused by the diagrams. If someone could just explain to me how to wire the speaker wire to the voice coils and to the amp..it would be appreciated. Also correct me if i'm wrong on which ohm load i should wire the subs. Basically i want to run 400wrms to each sub for right now. So please explain to me how to wire the subs to get the power from my amp.

What is the impedance of the subs?
