ya im a dealer for it. its pretty easy to apply just clean the area with a grease and wax remover and then use a roller to roll the mat on. the liquid you clean it the same way and just brush it on. how much are you looking to get? its a pretty fair price its not as cheap as the ebay stuff but the ebay stuff is crap and is an asphalt mat like roofing material and the second skin is a composit of a ton of stuff and dosnt have a smell and high heat tolerance. its great on your firefall especially when your off roading cause we all know how hot the engine bay gets when your doing that and when you get stuck. http://www.secondskinaudio.com

How many layers would you suggest? How expensive is it? I'd like to do my doors for now, inside of outer door skin, ouside of inner door skin and back of door panel. Later on, when I get to doing the rest of the Jeep I'm sure i'll do the entire inside of the truck. Floor pan, roof, back doors, rear door, side panels, etc. I'd like the inside of my Jeep to be as quiet as the inside of my Jag if that's possible. lol.

you can get them really quite just might take 3 layers. on your doors i would probaly put 10sq ft on each door. it really stiffens them up and its great for high end comps. it would run you 110 bucks for 20sq thats actually a trunk kit but it would be nice to do that on your doors. that kit usually runs 150 so you get to save a little bit. just think of it as the jag version of sound deadening and the stuff on ebay is the geo version of sound deadening.

Hey now, don't hate on the Geo. I loved my geo and the system in it was quite awesome. Of course Phoenix Gold gave me the hookup on my euquipment. :) ok, so I'm looking at $110 plus S+H for my doors. What about tricks for application? Any suggestions? Does this stuff benefit from the use of a heat gun?

no need for a heat gun the cheaper stuff you need it but all you do is clean it and use a roller to roll it on. i have seen it put on right over a dirt panel and it stuck but i would suggest it. its pretty amazing stuff.

alright then, hook me up. What else do you carry again that I might be interested in? I'm still shopping for tweets, subs and amps now. I've decided I'm going to do up my Jeep and use it as a business card to get back into the business. Preferably word of mouth on my own stuff but I'm sure I'll have to do some time at a local shop to get my foot in the door. How knows, maybe that would work out good by itself.

not to knock your price but $110 for 20 sq ft?!!

is that a bit expensive??

i would suggest raammat. it is comperable to dynamat extreme. NOT asphault based, sticks very well, is 3mills?? thick...and is $99 for 62 sq ft...

also people use that bed liner stuff? never heard that before..how does it work, what apps would it be good for?
