what subs and amp?

i am looking to buy two twelve inch subs and an amp. i have a small car, an eagle talon, so it doesnt take much to make it thump in there. i was just wondering what you guys would recommend for both subs being $250-300 together and the amp being no more than $200. any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

I have 2 RE12s and a Kicker KX350.2 Amp. They are doing well for me! 230$ for both the subs and the shipping. That's Canadian funds too. The amp was 160$ US + Shipping (32$ US, so shipping is prob cheaper for the states).

I drive a lil Civic too, and they don't take up too much room. Oh I made the boxes myself and those cost me around 70$ Canadian to make.

X2 on that, You could look into some Elevation audio comps, those are in your budget. Are you looking for brand new, or is ebay an option? Type R's can be had for cheap. If you have the tools I would say build your own box, you can save a ton.

Say you went with a 15"Type R(I have one I'll sell ya :) $130 shipped.) You build your own box, that would be around 160 bucks. Then look into a jblbp600.1 you could get one on ebay for say 100-130. $290 total, but you will have to ad the amp kit. http://www.knukonceptz.com.

4g wiring kit for $25 I think. $315 right there, and that should slam in a hatch, I think those kinda cars are hatch back right?

Two RE RE series 12's for sure.

That kicker amp will power them just right also.

I would go with that setup in your budget. You will be light years ahead rather than buying cheap equipment.
