yes im sure i have the gain all the way down.

Ill try shortening up the ground a lil bit more and see what that gets me

Thats what im beginning to fall back on is to not rely on sony to be decent ever

I think you just need an amp that is 1ohm stable for those subs.

You are running your amp too hard.

You might be better off wireing just 1 of your subs in series to 2 ohms. Sonys are very over rated in RMS anyway.
If you keep trying to run that amp in 1ohm it will fry.

Audiobahn makes for a good budget amp, IMO.

200...hell look into a JBL300.1 that would rock your socks for under 100...
