Can any one help me get the pinout for an old 16pin clarion ADX5355
and for an old GM Radio thanks?

you can find color codes for the GM on http://www.the12volt.com on their vehicle color codes database courtesy of METRA

If you don't see the clarion's color codes for the head unit, then email them and ask (or see if they have the deck listed in their archive).
