Ascendant Audio Assasin 10" SVC 4ohm

Ok so I recieved basically almost all the components neccessary for the instally of the AA Assasins... Here are a couple pix of what we are working with...

So anyway tested them out in my truck just resting on my front seat and off of a Titan txi6406 4 ch class A/B amp... After about 10 mins of tuning and some playing around with some HU settings i was fairly impressed... These subs have great range and hit with some great force and depth... Even in a .7cuft box sealed they sounded great... I played Late Night Tip and no bottoming out at all even though they tried to extend down into the really low notes of the song they didnt hit them as hard, but i didnt expect them to at all... They really did get low and the high end is purely amazing! Beautiful tone and no problem with clipping or distortion... so i guess i set the amp correctly. The subs really do extend great punch and tone from the 35hz - 150hz range.

Bottom line: These subs are not perfect, but they are really more than worth the $70 a piece that you pay for them, pair them with a great amp and trust me you have a winning combo

Hi I noticed in your product review that you said you owned 4ohm SVC. Is this an older version? I ask because the guys making the new Ascendant Audio said they're not offering any single voice coils in 4ohm anytime soon.

You are right this is the older one. The newer ones are DVC
