Post by MobileAudio219 »

Anybody else watch the fight?

Kimbo scares the living crap out of me, but Seth Petruzelli took him down in 14 seconds in the first round...

Yea notice he is most famous for beating up Crackheads... That is exactly why he got his ass handed to him in more like 10 seconds.... I saw it... All i can say is ... DAYUM.... Kimbo goes down... Personally I hate him... and i never liked Quinton Jackson, but he actually works hard trains hard and has pretty good moves... Unlike Kimbo... He is a power hitter... Basically the Black version of Chuck Liddell, with the exception of the lack of skills.

I think with some training Kimbo could be a good fighter.

I wouldnt get into a ring with him....

It all comes down to damage control... This fight shows that Kimbo will not be a good fighter... If he gets a love tap like that every time... he is down for the count... Some ppl just can't become good MMA fighters... their body limits them

the reason this is such an epic loss is because he was raved about as being the next champ MMA fighter... He sure as hell has the psych out factor going for him as well as being huge and muscular...

But again... I will defend what i said... sometimes your body will not let you do the things u want it to do.

I was really dissappointed with this fight, and also that Shamrock was not the one stepping into the ring with Kimbo. I could not believe it was over so fast............bet the people that paid to watch it were pissed that they did not get their monies worth!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys,

Well, i happen to like Kimbo, and what i love more, is that most fans like him, because they feel him. If you listen to the crowd after the fight when Seth was speaking, they booed, but then when Kimbo talked briefly, they cheered. And this is because he has believability, because of his street fighting. Trust me, i could care less about all these guys gold metals, USA ranks, and olympic credentials, ie: Shamrock. Who cares, they should've stood there. UFC came from back yard fighting, but is cleaned up for branding purposes.

Anyway, I know that he needs much training, but that fight surprised me. For about 12 seconds of the fight Seth was petrified, and knew that Kimbo would kill him, but he landed a quick punch, which shocked me when Kimbo fell, because i've seen him take punches that hit like bricks one after the other after the other, and still whip the dudes butt right after.

And Seth, damn near missed every punch to follow when Kimbo was on the ground, LOL.

Kimbo needs efficient ground tactics, and obviously needs to become a bit more patient, but his career is far from over, and in his time, he is going to sadden a lot of assholes with the same perception Dana White has of him.

I'll be humbly waiting for a reply, but make it a good one, please, ha !!

Awesome, I couldnt agree with you more!

I remember back in the day when the ufc was a street fight inside of a cage...

If this fight took place on the streets I'd still put my money on kimbo, even after what I seen happen inside the octagon... Kimbo just needs to adjust his skills to the rules and regulations of the ufc...
