Should i buy these, I dont really want to get components i'd be happy with coaxils and these seem like a good deal. also they are the 6" which will fit in my prelude. so good buy???

I just finished intsalling my Alpine Type S 6.5 coax's a few days ago. I am decently pleased for the money. I payed under $100 from a local shop brand new. The midbass responce is very decent. I listen to hard rock and some rap and have no problem with distortion. The Tweeters are positionable and are a soft dome tweeter. After tuning them they arent scratchy at high levels and have no problem keeping up. I used an official USCAI S/Q cd to set the levels for everything on my headunit. They sound great with concert hall type music and things with lots of steel guitar and such like the Alan Jackson song "Remember When". I am very pleased with them, only problem is that I don't think they come in a 6" Version.

link doesnt work, i just bought the JL XR650 CSI components for 230 didnt get em put in yet though

the xr650's sound great but i havent heard a jl coax set that sounded great in my opinion...for 50 bucks its a good deal though....

well if mine dont sound great ill sell em to someone in town here for like 300 bucks. lol
