Mmats hc100d

I have a Mmats hc 100d, Anyone know what the this amp will do at .05 ohms. Also is it worth running it at .05 ohms. I have have 4-12" DVC 4 ohm ratings. I wondering if this amp will do the job, or do i need another amp. I have a Autotek MX5000 but i had to take that beast out of my explorer, it was killing the electrical system. So im looking for some great input here, and the subs are Kicker
L series.

IT WOULD BE .5 OHM the mmatts hc100d is capable ant .5 but im not sure if i would would run it daily there. at comps it can drop down that low but i would wire it up for daily good choice on the amp though. lemme do some checking to see if there is anyone running this amp daily at .5.

actually did some checking that amp isnt stable to .5 ohm and will protect at anything less than 1 ur best bet is to wire it at 2 ohm. and go from there.

Im searching the site, and im trying to figure out how to wire those same subs to 1 ohm. at this time, they are running at .5 ohms. Is there something i can read to help me wire these subs to 1 ohm?

Im playing it at .5 now, it dosent get hot, it just shuts down after a good 5 mins of comp play, and then will kick right back in lees than a min. May be thats the .5 burp you get, but I can play it all day at a moderate level with good pounding bass. I figured i dont have enough power for this thing to pound at .5 ohms. I have had it running like this since XMAS

well playing it at a moderate level is fine because your reactive load is gonna be higher you probably up around 1.5 2 ohm anyways. i just dont reccomend it because playing it there will take a toll on the amplfier over time. bcae.com wiring help

The ONLY amps I would trust at .5 ohm is Adcom and Orion's 225 HCCA's those amps are Bullet Proof!!!!

The 225 HCCA is .25ohm stable, but runs much better at .5 ohm too.

THERE ARE A LOT OF AMPS THAT CAN DROP THAT LOW BUT ONLY ON BURPS HELL MY mm4000.1 IS RATED AT 2 OHM BUT I CAN DROP IT TO .7 OR EVEN .5 FOR BURPS IT WILL RUN DAILY AT 1 OHM NP AND DOESNT GET WARM.
