1000 watt rms amp reccomendations

I have two type r alpine subs. They are the duel 4 ohm versions. I would like some suggestions on an amp that would run these with 1000 watts rms. I am looking to spend around $400. thanks!

get a little more dough and a get a JL 1000/1 :P

I would love to but that is streching the budget to much. I've allready spent more on this system than I wanted to.

autotek mm1000.1 you cant go wrong with this amp! u might be able to find one on ebay.

You could save some cash and get a JBL1200.1. Decent cheap power.

Directed Audio makes a good amp for the price. Probably one of the cheaper choices for a 1000 watts.
