This car used to belong to my wife's uncle, who's sadly no longer able to drive due to his battle with dementia. What makes this situation even more heart-wrenching is the fact that he was a victim of elder abuse, adding to the emotional weight of his attachment to this vehicle and its advanced technology.
After a legal battle, we've come into possession of this car and several others that were once his. Despite being parked for a while, the car has held up remarkably well, both in terms of its exterior and interior condition. My goal is to restore it and present it in the best way possible, with the hope of finding someone who truly appreciates this type of vehicle.
What's incredible is that all it took to get the car running again was a simple jump-start. The main hybrid battery started charging almost immediately. We even took it for a quick test drive around the block, and it performed exceptionally well as a hybrid. Additionally, we've installed a brand-new 12v battery, ensuring that the car now starts up without any hesitation.
