Installing Forgestar F14 Wheels - 3rd gen Camaro

Chevrolet Camaro (1984) - The Ghetto Ride

I've been thinking it's time to get some new wheels and tires for the Ghetto Ride. I want to go up a couple of wheel sizes but keep the overall diameter the same.

After looking around a lot, I think I found a nice upgrade that stays true to the 'IROC' style these cars came with. I'm leaning towards the Forgestar F14 in an 18x9, or would 18x9.5 be better? The car has stock suspension and brakes (stock rear disc).  I don't want anything to rub, and I don't want to have to modify anything to make them fit.

I talked to Forgestar, and they can custom-make the wheels to fit our 3rd gens.  So I shouldn't need spacers or adapters.
I'm thinking these would look good on the car in the Gloss Anthracite color.

I'm unsure of tires though.  Anyone have any recommendations?  Trying to keep the overall diameter close to OEM,  not sure what's a decent brand of tire either.  Don't need the most expensive, but also don't want the cheapest.
