Its a late 90's model... 97 or 98 ford taurus...

I dont know the specific year, i'll find out though... the climate control and everything is on a different panel... the factory radio is the same size as the aftermarket and it just slides out w/ a din kit

you said the rf p2's go for about 150... not worth the money, i had 2 of them running off a kenwood kac-7202 and it sounded ok, but then i threw in 1 alpine type-r i got off e-bay for $100 the difference in quality and loudness are night n day.

check your amp turn-on wire...i had the same thing happening to me as far as the popping sub when you turn your car on/off and it turned out to be that the amp never turned off so that pop was the signal or something...still never fully understood what it was but i know after i fixed the remote wire...
