1000 watt rms amp reccomendations

i would say the JBL is a great choice but if you want a little cheaper hifonics would do the job... but the kicker KX1200.1 is also a good choice ... but my favorite choice would be a Arc Audio http://cgi.ebay.com/ARC-AUDIO-1500V1-XX ... dZViewItem

X2 for the Arc Audio amp, I'am using the 1500dr and is kickin ass.

So I had allready bought the amp when you posted this. It states in several places in the auction that it is new, not used or referbished. What should I look for when it arrives to make sure it is new?

it could be new but the seller must have bought it new from a dealer. then sold it without using it. if its new it should have the originall maxxsonics black and white tape on the box.

the arc 1500 can be found on ebay for that price.

i bought a rockford t1001bd, decent price now bought it when they first came out for too much. Wont ever let you down, and if it does rockford has no problem giving you a new one. Well good look with the amp you did buy.
